Mike Eason is a seasoned executive recognized for driving enterprise-scale data, digital, and AI transformations within the financial services and healthcare sectors. With a career defined by high-stakes leadership, Mike specializes in building dynamic cultures and high-performing teams that bridge the gap between complex technology and bottom-line business results.

During his two-decade tenure at Capital One, Mike was a key leader in helping scale the firm’s technology and talent from its early stages into a Top 10 US Bank. During the company’s pioneering transition to the cloud, Mike led the enterprise data and AI platform strategy that fueled the company’s information-based-strategy. Mike was a founding leader of the Digital team, where he was instrumental in driving the organization’s Agile and Product transformations and the development of its flagship digital "super app." Mike’s leadership extended across the enterprise, serving as CIO of the Commercial Bank to build out its cloud-based corporate card and treasury management application and as CISO during a critical period of corporate navigation.

Most recently, at CVS Health as Chief Data Officer, Mike led the Data and AI strategy for the Fortune 10 giant. Leading a global team of over 2,500, he oversaw the development of the enterprise data strategy and platforms, as well as hundreds of GenAI and analytical applications that delivered billions of dollars in enterprise value. A forward-thinking leader in AI ethics, Mike also established the governance frameworks necessary for one of the world’s largest healthcare providers to innovate safely.

Beyond his executive roles, Mike serves as a Board Director for TD Bank, contributing his expertise to the Technology and HR committees. Today, Mike leverages his expansive professional network and decades of frontline experience to advise organizations on navigating the rapidly evolving AI landscape and executing large-scale digital evolutions.
